Hello I have just recently bought an Dell Laptop Computer and the screen has gone blank on me at Various times in the past .I'm contact you today to wonder if this is just a frequent problem  that you have  Occurred before or you have never heard about this problem in you life. OK i want to know if i  need to replace the laptop send it in for repair or  send it back for an refund .You might want to know about how long i have been using  your  computer since i brought it ? well i brought it on November ,27,2008 . I think the 30 day money back guarantee applies! Well i use my laptop for personal use and for gaming use and also i use it for e-mail usage!
